Any adornment that gives you 2% ward, and also HP and/or Mana and/or Attack Best in slot is Jewel of Creation, good alternatives are Greater Bull's Eye, jewel of the end, Saturn's eye, contraption, soul of rhada.. and others

It's 20% water damage increase, since I'm frozenguard and have water element in the weapon

Not exactly, mine is not setup for raids and I like my ashen Ruby for lifesteal
How come you didn't use Atlas instead of fey chimera
