Cool production, but the level of negativity before hand was a downright disaster. Once your head stepped outside the game, boy was it over. This is why cycling is a great self reflection, you get to see your true colours when the chips are down. I expect a 2025 return, but with a renewed focus and maturity!
Wow. Disappointing to watch this. Must be difficult to support this guy while all he seems to do is complain. Where’s the commitment to his mates? He would not have lasted 20 miles last year (2023 Unbound). I have more respect for the guy who came in last but didn’t quit. Nevertheless, I hope he reflects on his mental state and behavior and learns something. He does that, podium finish for him here is possible.
In our video we show everything. Every athlete has moments like this. Instagram and TH-cam shows you just the "happy" part, everyone seems like an hero. This guy is a very nice and open guy. He knows when he is wrong and he agreed was good to show real emotions to the public. Every young athlete has moments like this one. This is not disappointing to watch, this is reality.
I don’t know him. Bet he’s a nice guy. My feedback is specific to what you decided to share on TH-cam. And kicking rocks and complaining on the side of the road may be reality because it happened but it was also disappointing to watch. Comments are feedback. Accept the feedback or disable the comment section if you don’t want to hear it. Wishing him (and his crew) the best and hope he decides to race next year. I would love to see him finish at the front. That would be an awesome story.
The number of people who fought their way to the finish line show that Unbound has everything "to do with cycling." Lachlan Morton or Dylan Johnson's efforts show that Unbound has everything to do "with racing." Calories burned whining about the mud and in general being a little primadona = 100,000. No character. No huevos. No contract. Sponsors need to dump this child.
Grandi ragazzi, grande Asbjorn. Agonista vero.
Great effort out there. Unbound has a way of breaking people.
Awesome guys! Thanks for sharing this journey
Always remember the 80-20 rule.
Cycling is 80% attitude and 20% pedalling.
