I agree on Eriksen, these are the games I’d be happy for him to play. There’s a reason why we don’t see that against almost any PL team. It’s the perfect tournament and opponent to use him in before he leaves the club and I’m actually very happy for everyone involved that there is a value he can still give us in resting other players in these type of games with the busy schedule we have. Same for Maguire, Casemiro I’m way more happy with these players now, they aren’t just deadwood while we wait to sell them. Lindelof is the only one now that I wonder about and Scott had to go for value, it’s proving to be the best decision, we didn’t need his goals, we needed proper midfield play!
A lot of positives from this and hopefully something to build on. I thought all the celebrations were appropriate and mature. Good to see for a change.
I’m kind of liking the ugarte casemiro and Bruno midfield. Ugarte can play the more defensive midfielder while casemiro can play his aggressive offensive roam around style that he plays at united now

Eriksen what a player he is. Put him in the right position and he is absolutely fantastic. Lost his legs what are you talking about man? Mark always hated eriksen. Now sit down mark
Ugarte as CDM gives more freedom and confidence for the attacking midfielders to attack.
He has a clear agenda against him and it is nauseating. Always a backhanded "compliment".
I would like to see that Casemiro x Urgate midfield pivot against bigger teams with Casemiro having the licens to go foward.
Good result that's all it was, to say progression nah, it has to be consistent to call it progression. But happy with result and praise them for turning up and playing football.
Your hair looks way better today. Rather that that high fade. You look healthier with your it a little longer
At least give your opponents the respect of getting their name right after you've done that to us
Garnacho MOTM. Reason, more industrious. makes opponents stay on their toes. Hungry too start.
Goalkeeper bred confidence released ball quick
Mark you are looking older whatsup? 😮
Does age go up or down?
Also the live comments gas me up so much. Shows how many non-United supporters tune in. We are massive
1:32 Manchester United this season is clearly a different evolution of the team
I think everyone had a good game today and everyone made a difference
Did we not beat saints 9-0 in ole era mark
He must be getting old if he managed to forget that ;)
9-0 was after a red card in the 1st minute right?
Was that premier league or league cup?
Excellent match 👏👏👏👏
All we need is a strong midfielder! 👍
Something obviously clicked… finally… hopefully
All the goals came from counter attacks or the high pressure that caused mistakes no goals came possession and build up play plus Rashford was rotating with the wingers
Great game, been too long since we bashed anyone, don't care who they are. It was great to see the boys smiling and enjoying the game.
You have a clear agenda against Eriksen and it is nauseating.
Some people don't get the difference between saying: "It was only Barnsley but..." vs "...but it was only Barnsley." We can acknowledge the limitation then focus on the positives or just be a bunch of wet blankets.
In the past few seasons this would've been one of those games where we ended up conceding and barely scraping through with an "Fergie time" winner.
Time to give Anthony some credit. He worked his nuts off for the team last night.
Its personal between Mark and Burnley 😂😂
Went to watch this thrashing! Sick experience!
