I recommend the yuri series "I’m in Love with the Villainess" , "Bloom into you" , "Goodbye, My Rose Garden" , "Adachi and Shimamura" , "The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady" and "A Witch’s Love at the End of the World". They are amazing!!
i was totally obsessed with adachi and shimamura when I read it!!!! i wish the manga adaptation was better but it’s still good imo!!! Adding on to this list I definitely recommend the kase san series!!!

Just felt i should let you know that the publisher you thought was SC is actually SE for Square Enix. I recognized the logo since they also publish My Dress-Up Darling which i have all the volumes of and a really nice chill series called Beauty and the Feast. Really jealous of all the brick and mortar stores you have to buy manga from. I have to buy most of mine online.
As for the "The Apothecary Diaries" time period: In November, a manga called Though I Am An Inept Villainess: Tale Of The Butterfly-Rat Body Swap In The Maiden Court gets released. On mangakakalot, there are two chapters available. So you could use it as a preview to see what it's about. I personally like the story based of those two chspters and the art is in my opinion very good.

I've only read a little bit online to see what its like before it comes out in physical but "The Eccentric Doctor of the Moon Flower Kingdom" reminds me a bit of "The Apothecary Diaries". Similar setting, more about doctoring but it also has a strong, eccentric female lead. And it seems like there will be a mystery as well.

The reason your vol 4 of MNLAAV is different is because since covid lockdowns that created this manga boom surge in the West, leading to production shortages the publishing companies decided to outsource production of their manga into various other countries; South Korea, Italy, Hong Kong mainly, and the printing factories hired all have better quality control and materials than in the USA. Guaranteed that if you take a look at where each volume of said series is manufactured/printed vol 4 was outsourced while the rest were made in either the US or Canada.
