    New Rideshare company?
    Sounds great.
    Just make is simple.
    6 catagories.
X, XL, Lux, Lux XL, Black, Black XL
    Fares: Starts $2.25/mile, $2.75/mile, $5.25/mile,$5.75/mile, $6 25/mile and $6.75/mile respectively.
Add 15 percent for you. Fare will be doubled if driver goes to other jurisdiction.
Don't follow the fuc**ng Uber or Lyft s policies.
This business will last for ever.
    Let's all live good.

    Dropped out of college. Check.
To become a real estate agent. Check.
Without a real estate license yet. Check.
In meantime, launch rideshare company for college students. Check.
No personal experience as rideshare driver? Check.
Business model/plan? "Cheaper & faster than uber and we're going to use unicorn drivers." Check.
Harry has to try to explain the economics of rideshare to this guy. Check.
Aforementioned explanation cleanly goes over head. Check.
Yeah, this venture is on track for success.

1:13:00 "Get a Sprinter van. Drive around campus. Take people to philadelphia, atlantic city, wherever they want to go. You can charge $3, $4, $5 a head. 11-12 people you can put in a sprinter van, you can make a $100 bucks." Yeah, he actually said all that.

Top 2 pieces of advice Dillon needs:
#1) Beg, borrow, buy, rent, whatever you have to do, a minivan. Sign up with Uber & Lyft as a driver. Put in a minimum of a month driving XL full time, in and around college campuses and the weekend bar/club spots popular with the students.
#2) Get a business mentor, like YESTERDAY.

Uber drivers have to be 21 yrs old or older.........if they hire college students to drive, good luck... full coverage car insurance for college drivers is deeply expensive

Good Luck and hope your very successful in your future. Remember one thing be very fair to your drivers. 70/30 split drivers/wag is a fair. you'll got a lot of drivers to drive for you.

Support. You need a viable Support department. Not even Uber has that.
