Any chance there's a voice over version of this? I like your current style of video where you talk us noobs through everything and the what's and why's

      Thanks for the feedback!
I don't have an alternate of this video - but does this one help? th-cam.com/video/vhULUEFH16c/w-d-xo.html

Whats the reason for longer shocks? Does it help the car roll more or smoother? As a beginner drifter, I enjoy all you drift vids.

      Thanks for the compliment!
You actually want a fair amount of suspension travel, and most cars are shock-limited.
In the front, you want it to be able to raise up, for the shock to extend, to transfer weight to the rear.
In the rear, the opposite. You want it to be able to squat to absorb the weight transferred.

Hi did you try different set of spring?
I just got my rmx2.0 RTR few week ago and changed the gyro and servo because of your video. 😁

Oh yes. I have gone through many sets of springs to test over time.
I believe right now, it has the stock RTR springs on it - they just happened to be the right spring rate for me.

      Thank you.
Do you have a drift car? I think I remember seeing some Redcat bashers and ForceRC?

TDA are a newer spec. A few minor upgrades compared to these.

Can use this damper to rc rally tamiya?

    • @RoadsideRC
      @RoadsideRC  ปีที่แล้ว

If the length is appropriate, then I assume yes.

I love getting new parts. I just need a better area with good light to record. It’s like getting new shoes

      Ha! I like that analogy.
Good lighting is key. Whether you are videoing or just working.
