Most members don’t fully understand that ultimately, the meetings are for visitors. If there are visitors in the room, then the meeting is about communicating the value of bni to those visitors. I agree 100% that breaking it down to dollars earned is a great way to do that. Great job explaining it in your video.
Absolutely. 100%. Too often I’ve seen visitors left on their own at BNI meetings while members talk among themselves. That’s absolutely criminal. It’s all about the visitors. Make them the centre of attention at all times. Make them WANT to experience more of this feeling, and they’ll want to come back.
Agreed, and everybody wins. A larger group means more referrals, it’s a statistical fact, allowing us to give more to others and to gain more as a result which is the magic.
