The key features of the new definition are as under
01. The criteria for Manufacturing and Service Sector are same now
02. The Definition is now based on the Investment in Plant & Machinery and the Turnover of the Enterprise.
Both the conditions need to be fulfilled to fall in any of the category of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
