I don’t have automation experience because in my previous employment it wasn’t asked. Now they won’t give me manual tester job because of my whole experience is in manual. When the companies don’t encourage their existing employees to learn and use automation how can they expect from other candidates to have so much automation experience in less no of years of experience. Please guide me.

Now my manager aligned me in a project related to embedded system and I've been given a chance to develop the automation framework for it using the Robot framework. I wanted to know that in embedded system testing, what is the scope of automation. Please make a video on embedded device testing. I'll be grateful. Thanks.
