I've had this video saved for ages, finally got around to fixing the rattle on my 2017 Multispace. It's all pretty much as you've shown here. Around half the clips on my door broke, good job I'd already prepared with a load of new ones. I used a hair-drier to soften the glue around the foam, and prised it away with a trim tool. After tightening the stupid bolt, I was then able to re-heat the glue again and stick the foam back down. Seems to have worked well. Feels like a different car on the terrible roads round here - I didn't realise how bad the rattling had got! Cheers.
Thank you for this video. My Peugeot partner van door started rattling after about four months from new. Dealers deny there is a problem, so I will do the work myself.
Brilliant! I hate taking off trim - applying force and not knowing if something is going to break, or if I'm going to cause more damage than I'm going to fix - but your video gave me the confidence to do it. Now, NO RATTLE. Bliss.
Thankyou for that. I sorted my Citroen Berlingo rattle just this evening. It took me 15 minutes or so but i wasn't rushing. Taking the panel off, I used plastic bicycle tyres levers to good effect. Good job ! 😁
Thank you for this, I have had my Peugeot Partner 2013 plate for nearly 4 years and it’s been rattling ever since I drove off the forecourt! I kept meaning to take it back to the garage but never got round to it. Now I shall try your method thank you 🙏
Thanks so much, i had problem with window lifter, and i i could not move them up cause they did not respind, even manualy i could not lift them, and i eventually touched the jack for it and it worked, but overall it is just too complicated to hand it by yourself if you do nit have this type of video
Great vid, thanks! I have a 2013 Berlingo and it shows a vibrating sound in the door depending on the engine's tours. Has this probably the same reason, a loose bolt?
No, the same issue. Its the bolt holding the metal rails the glass slides in. By dropping the glass slightly, the pressure on the loose bolt changes to stop it rattling.
The speakers have a nominal diameter of 16,5 cm. I have exchanged the original dual-cone speakers in my 2015-Berlingo against some Pioneer speakers quite recently, they had cost 35 Euros for the pair and sound much better than the original speakers.
I had the same thing. Ended up being the window bracket loose. Same with the gear shifter bolts. They all came loose as well. Such poor build quality inside.

Update: I just fixed it according to your tutorial and it was only 10 minutes of work. Thank you very much once more!

Glad it helped.

Likely. They all do it.
@@GoGreenAutos Thanks!

@@GoGreenAutos Thank you 👌 And thanks for the video, my door is rattling no more!
Cheap quality made Peugeot and Citroen! They're also hard to fix problems without damaging something
My driver door has a rattle when driving, but if I crack open the window a slight amount, it stops instantly, so maybe a different cause?
No, the same issue. Its the bolt holding the metal rails the glass slides in. By dropping the glass slightly, the pressure on the loose bolt changes to stop it rattling.
Mine does the opposite rattles when window is down..
Super common issue. I did a lot of them when i worked at the dealer
Amazing that they didn't sort this with a bit of locktite when assembling them!
Take the inner panel off completely and you won't skin your knuckles, also a 10mm bolt requires a 13mm socket, also some lock tight.
Hi witch size is speaker
