I loved the Toll so much and it breaks my heart every time I hear you not liking it 😂 it explored the the thing I was interested in the most in that world so I enjoyed it
Hey Mike, don’t know if you saw but you mentioned Legacy of Kain and there’s actually a prequel graphic novel on Kickstarter right now. Lots of awesome add-ons for it too like shirts, replica swords, & masks.
Love listening to your videos..n thank you for recomendations...i just bought all of the bound n the broken...love it...almost done with red rising...loooovvvee it im 5hrs away from finishing dark age on audible
Hey Mike I know you love Dresden if you like FMcs I think you should check out the Kate Daniel novels by Ilona Andrew’s. It gets lumped in with paranormal romance but it’s really not. She’s a lot similar to Dresden and it’s set in a post magical apocalypse Atlanda. There’s romance but it doesn’t take over the story or get smutty. 😅
Hey Mike - have you ever considered reading any Dennis Lehane? Would be a great fit for your Misc. picks. Finished Mystic River a few days ago and can’t stop thinking about it…. S-tier character writing and think you’d love it (even if you’ve seen the movie before). Cheers!
I'm sad I missed this due to work, but I wanted to ask before I watch this; Have you decided when you're going to read Dead Man's Walk? It's such a good read, a little different from the other Lonesome Dove books. Very fast-paced I think you'll love it. Just finished the series!
Once Kellus comes back into the story Either in chapter 12 or 13 I don't remember the story kind of Really starts to flow I finished the last 2 chapters yesterday
Hi Mike. I missed your live stream but I did want to thank you for recommending 11/23/63: A Novel by Stephen King. I picked it up and could not put it down until I finished it. It totally destroyed me (in a good way) and is now my FAVORITE book. If I did not know how it would end, I would read it again. Aww hell, it's so good, I'm going to read it again. Thank you. BTW, you and Petrik convinced me to give Bound and the Broken a try.
The Jurassic Park book is great!!! Like the ending better than the movie!
Aww I loved Codex of Alera series!!

You are right on about Percy Jackson.
I swear I never get notified when start live streams I always miss them. Freaking TH-cam.
You just made my day with your comments about John Carter of Mars! Great movie with just one complaint... too much clothing on Dejah Thoris. 😊😊

Loved Exodus by Leon Uris when I was in high school
The Ghoul and The Black Farm are must reads for horror Mike. I know you’ll dig both of them. They’re actually creepy. Unlike most horror I’ve read.
Hay Mike, got the 3 Baker books, thanks 2u 🥳🥳🥳
Taking a break from Of War and Ruin by reading James Rollins first book Subterranean.
