Got a special request for you. I know it's not city of Madison but there's an intriguing setup at Airport Rd & 12/14 in Middleton that I'd love to see a video showing the phasing. Based on Google streetview, there's protected only left turns signals controlling one left only lane and a thru/left option lane. But it isn't running in split mode. So a car wanting to turn left while the arrow is red from the option lane has to sit blocking any thru cars with a green. Not sure if this is mutcd compliant or if it has since been fixed.
@@JMANWiSS that's going to be a tough one for me. I live on the east side and almost never go to Middleton. But if I'm in the area, I'll try to remember to check it out.
