Its completey safe, theres charcoal toothpaste sold everywhere. Charcoal you put in fire is different from the activated charcoal thats in capsules

To make you feel better, aloe doesn’t get rid of acne. It’s good for moisturizing and sunburns but it def doesn’t help with acne. If you do want to get rid of acne, you can watch hyram. He’s a skincare specialist that has helped a TON with my skin.☺️ don’t use 5 min crafts. They literally don’t know what they’re doing😂
