Very interesting! I underwent an Emotional Release session for the first time today. You mentioned the name, “Phil” here, and Phil, my brother who has been deceased for 30yrs, came up during this session in the way of “letting go” as mentioned in this reading. I mean I guess public, on record or rather it was a big deal in front of a lot of people and it was over a musical competition.
