Mate , thank you for these vidoes. Excellent animations, with clear, well articulated narration. I will head on over to the lunch box sessions website and sign up for a starter package as a token of my appreciation for your work. Well done
Thank you sir for this video, Could you please explain the pressure source of proportional direction valve or how the max drive pressure limitation set before run the motor in close loop system.
Could you teach us about using hydraulic cylinders as pumps? I understand the seal requirements are different, but I can't find a whole lot about it. This would be much appreciated, and I think it might fill a gap in peoples' general knowledge. Many thanks.
Wish I had found this before I started the process to understand my Rexroth mobile power system. Do your modules come as a series of courses with different starting places depending on the student's knowledge?
I am using a SPV2 type hydraulic pump. But, when the pressure reaches 100 bar, the electric motor stops. Can anyone help me with the hydraulic circuit diagram of the SPV2 hydraulic pump? Thanks very much.
I have t450 gehl paver its sometimes unresponsive in drive low gear just a notch with handle to swash plate it will stop so if check for line spike t with guage 1 way to fault if has relief valve or the charge pump is not optimized pressure its 70144 Eaton tandem with gear pump I'm not sure if need to t the charge line or pull reading off a port or where the line goes in or am I just checking line load I don't want to fry the pump
Help me understand something. Without the the pressure compensate Piston and the sequence valve at @4:18, the fluid went through the cross port relief valve from the pressure supply line to the cross line and then to the connecting junction which the charge pump outlet is flowing. The charge pressure is at 260 psi, does the cross port relief valve reduce the pressure to 260 psi, cause if not wouldn't the oil flow into the charge pump. But then again wouldn't the charge pressure go up just go up?
Artur, I’m happy to help. The fluid is at 260 PSI after passing through the cross-port relief valve due to the setting of the hot oil relief valve over on the right side of the diagram. That H.O. Relief is setting the maximum pressure for the entire return side of the loop. Does that make sense?
Awesome animations. Visual aids like these and your detailed explanations are extremely helpful.
Excellent explanation of the control for this pump

It really is amazing how close this system is to a DC DC Boost converter.
thank you very much
that was very helpful
Excelente vídeos

Great video

Please ,Explain how to select tube size for tubing for particular flow.
thanks

That's the color of the channel from the tank to the charger pump, is it really pink?
Can you connect a counter balance valve piloted from the opposite line to the motor in this closed loop system ?
What software do you use to make the analysis of the circuits?

What software did you use to make this
Would be better to add the pressure settings for the sequence valve and cross port relief valves
Not sure why the servo piston does not jam over fully to right when motor is overloaded. Why does it stop at the center position. ?
Which application software you are using for making this

How to download this simulator? Thanks and Godbless
