Here is my experience after working for 2 years in bicycle shop - All of this info is on OEM brakes with resin pads from factory - nothing expensive or mixing and matching different rotors and pads.
On new bike - if the brake is not used hard enough - the surface of pads will be smoothed out, and will squeak, this is fixable by roughing up the pads and rotors slightly with 100 grit sandpaper, and go for a ride, do a bit of HARD braking until they brake strongly - a minute at most.
If some oil gets onto the pads - they need to be replaced, I tried many methods to degrease them - none of them worked enough and long term to be an acceptable fix for customers. Brake pads are porous material - the oil will wick into them, degreasing the surface wont help you.
I have seen some cases where a dirty brakes after a simple wash stopped squeaking, never seen a resin brake pad to be glazed because of too hard usage, although I didnt work on downhill bikes - just more casual ones.

My bike front and rear brakes squeals as soon as I got it out of the box and took it for a ride for the very first time . I have 12 miles on it and the Hydraulic brakes still squeal and grind like it's full of sand it's driving me to drink.

None of the advice I've come across addresses issues with brand new bikes. I suppose I could attempt cleaning them with alcohol or adjusting them by loosening and tightening, but I had hoped that dish soap or a light spray of WD40 would do the trick.
Plus mime are cheap one sided calipers aka a Walmart bike.

@@JesusOurKing Bud, never put WD40 on your brakes. Use acetone or 70% isopropyl alcohol to clean the rotors and pads. It you use grease on your brakes, you'll likely end up in a hospital.

those rotors are the sm-rt-10 and the pads are b05s and the brakes are the mt200's
