You guys crack me UP! Glad it drops down to make a bed!! Make it a north south bed and a double, to fit the stackable w/d. Those combo units EAT water, or drink, to make steam for the drying mode. AT least there is 100 gallons on board, but why waste it? Make the change, jack up the price, and I will take two! Andy
Matt we’ve been living in a State loaned Prowler RV trailer for two months now as we suffered damage from Hurricane Ida. Aside from the trailer itself, there are two major things I must correct you on. As a 260 pound man, the toilets in rv’s are Not prime poop positions. I tried it once and to be perfectly frank, a man cannot do his paperwork on these small toilets. My wife, daughter and granddaughters use it fine but even my son-in-law uses the toilet in the house. Second, the Suburban oven is entirely too small to be of any use. It will burn the food in the middle and the thermostat isn’t good enough. There’s no electronic ignition and must be lit with a long lighter. The stovetop is fine otherwise. To think that they’re the only ones who build this substandard piece of equipment. We brought in our countertop electric oven which is SO much better!
Great floor plan, great plan overall. In practice, kind of a piece of crap for what we paid for it. Day 1, the door piston broke. Came right out of the RV. The screen door lock was broken at pick up and we didn't realize it. The water supply to the ice maker (yes, it does have one) wasn't opened and it took a few contacts to Holiday Rambler to get that open and making ice. After our first camp, we went to travel and it sputtered like crazy. Emergency repair / band aid to get us to a Ford dealership to find out it was a bad spark plug wire. 1100 miles and a spark plug wire goes bad. That's poor - bad on Ford. Then, at almost 2000 miles, we pulled into a Harvest Host and couldn't level. Mobile tech comes out - the hydraulic tube wasn't fastened correctly and it fell onto the exhaust and - guess what - it melted. We're right now on day 2 of this repair. The door jamb on the bathroom loosens and had to be pounded back in from time to time. One of the ends of the shade assembly on the living area window is hanging not attached. And THIS IS OUR HOME - we're full-timing retirees. Ok - enough complaining. 3 things I love about this motorhome: 1. The storage. I use every bit of air available and we manage to store a huge amount. 2. The ice maker - once I got it working. 3. We opted for the table and chairs dinette, the theater seating, and no bunk over the cab (extra storage there). NO UNPAID GUESTS! That's it. Holiday Rambler, up your quality control a bit please. This is not a cheap camper to be used 3 weekends a year. This is a home for some.
I love this RV, one of the best floorplans I have seen, and everything just looks so nice. Personally I would opt for a sofa instead of the theater seats, and leave the heavy stove top cover at home, but this is pretty perfect for a couple. And the price is'nt scary. Good job!
We have a 2016 Vacationer 33C and it is good to see that HR is sticking with this floorplan. Thanks for doing a review on the 33C. Was a pleasure meeting you folks at the Tampa show this year.
Pretty much the same as ours 2021 Bounder 33C. Interesting drivers side fuel fill where ours is at the rear so we can fill from either side. I like the front grill and lights much better on the Bounder. Get rid of that shower door and replace it with one from Shower Enclosure America, it will ass 7" to the width which you really need. Those lower drawers in the bedroom are not that bad. NO tilt-a-view bed. The combo washer/dryer works great. Bounder does have an ice maker even though we never use it. Holly Crap, the MSRP has really gone up since last year. We loaded ours up with every option and only paid $135,000.

Nice coach!, The Samsung fridge has an icemaker, it's inside the freezer to the upper left. Also, the main TV swings out for a better viewing angle, even from the drivers and passenger seats, swiveled around.
Just got to put this out there. The coverage of what you refer to as carpet in the storage area is there to reduce noise while driving. It also helps with cargo shifting.
That’s cool and all, but it needs to be black so it doesn’t show dirt/stains. They could also do rubber or plastic mats and accomplish the same thing. At least with rubber/plastic you can just hose it off 😉
Hi Matt and Andrea! My dislikes are the sane as yours and my likes are the dinette the storage and the bathroom. Thank you Matt and Andrea for showing this Rv.
We have the Fleetwood 35k which is very similar. We have the light gray cabinets. Love our 35k! I wish the window over the sink would open. Love the backslash in the kitchen, but it takes up 3" of countertop! Keep up the good work!
The bathroom is plenty bigger enough to have a wider shower just move the toilet over 6". The bedroom cabinet layout needs fixing, as Matt & Andrea pointed out. Other than that, and the black upholstery, it is a very nice coach.
Love love love this RV got to agree a tilt a bed would be better to get stackable. Shove the dinette down and put pantry closer to kitchen. Still love this.
Thanks for the heads up on liquid springs....great stuff. I was going to get the sumo stuff but guess this is better. The ride is one of my detractors from a gas class A's.
Very nice RV. In regards to the kitchen. I like the solid covers over the burner instead of the glass. It makes them extra surface space to cut or whatever. Also I noticed the dinette didn't have a charger. Matt in the future can you tell us on your reviews if the dinette and seating areas comes with a charger or USB connection. I guess the cabinet issue in the bedroom would be resolved if the bed was foldable when the slide outs came in.
Likes: Full body paint, slam latch basement storage doors with some pass through, and the master bed is useable with the slides in. Dislikes: TPO roof, water heater is not tankless, and the small shower.
It always cracks me up when I hear someone say "hot water heater". If it's a heater, It WILL make the water hot. Technically, it's a cold water heater. Carry on, Matt and Andrea! Welcome to Texas.
@@michellezizzamia1269 Depends. If the only ingredient is tuna, it's tuna fish. If you're mixing in mayonnaise, hard boiled eggs, pickles, celery, relish, and onion, I'd call it a tuna salad, bud.
I do like this RV. I’ve always liked HR coaches. Nice layout, great storage outside and in. Big kitchen area. GREAT COST for everything you get. I do have some dislikes , which most may not agree. As an old “coot” who’s been RV’ing since the 80’s, I’ve owned a few and traveled 100’s of thousands of miles in them over4 decades, I like a little bigger shower. I do NOT LIKE the bedroom cabinets that overhang the drawers. I don’t like having them tucked under like that to allow for the washer/dryer. For us, having an in coach washer/dryer isn’t such an advantage. Small loads and lots of water. We plan our trips and know what campground we will do our wash. I’d also prefer a sofa instead of the recliners. That’s just us. But a really great coach and one to consider.
Three things I don't like one lack of Windows on the passenger side that open too they should have made it with the stackable washer and dryer does all in one's just don't work number three there's carpet on the floor 🤬 the sink is so small they were better off just doing one large sink so that we have room to do dishes sorry I know you always want three but I had four 😜 I would definitely opt for a sofa and not the theater seating. And I just want to go push that wall back where the TV and fireplaces is it's just working me that it's sticking out like that LOL. I wonder if you can get electric stove top instead of the gas I just don't like propane in an RV.
Question: Are there shades on the kitchen window and front windshield? Really do not like the lower cabinets in the bedroom, but it’s doable-just put the stuff you don’t use down there. LOL. LOVE the dinette and the way it makes into a bed. This would be a serious contender if I decided to full time.
We just went through the HR 33C. We really like this unit except 2 issues. I'm not that big but the shower isn't big enough. Also the shower is open at the top for water and moisture can get behind it. 2nd why didn't they put a toilet in for adults. The one in it is good for small kids.
33 ain't tiny! However, quality well thought-out motorhome with lots of great features, and great video (as usual). When they dump the theatre-seats/sofa (IMHO don't need them when you have comfy swivel captains chairs) and makes a HR under 30 ft, then I'll be there with check book in-hand asap!
The RV is nice but like what I keep on saying I want it a little bigger towards the bathroom. Andrea had to side step. I want room and space with the slides in. Rambler don't disappoint me. It is a good coach for retired couples that want to go traveling. Great job guys. But make the floorplan better and spacious for me to be happy.
I don't like that it doesn't have cross ventilation above the bunk area < i wish they would at least make this optional and also , optional sky light above the bunk area , yesice make would be really nice and stack-able washer and dryer , eliminate drawers under wardrobe.
Great looking class A. For the MSRP on this I’m surprised they have carpet on the slide, the combo washer/dryer, should be a stackable, not sure what the tv above the cockpit is useful for? Great dinette, great basement storage, great cockpit.
Don't like the location of the tv over the cab. Once you get bedding on the mattress it will block the lower part of the tv. Just Sayin'! Not keen on the tucked in shelfing/storage in the bedroom. Find an answer Holiday Rambler.
I really enjoy your videos, and appreciate the time you take to make them. Question for you; what does the f'ing RV industry not understand about tall people wanting to own RV's also?! 75" bed, and I'm 77" tall. Thanks for showing this early in the video, and not wasting my time watching a review about something I wouldn't buy.

Cheap looking inside. All the gasoline Class A's are similar in interior design and construction. A box on wheels. Inexpensive looking cabinets. TV's at an angle making it hard to watch. Uncomfortable sleeping accommodations. Few attempts to design something new and different, just slide outs to make it slightly bigger.
