یہ ایک بہت ہی مشکل اور مہنگی سرجری ھے
آپکی سرجری پر کتنا خرچہ آے گا اسکا دارومدار اس چیز پر ھے کے آپکے ناک کی حالت کیا ھے، اسکو ٹھیک کرنے کے لئے کیا طریقہ استعمال کرنا ہو گا اور اس پر کتنا وقت اور محنت درکار ہو گی -

1. I am quite happy how I look and I hv never had any complex about it
2. So if u don't have any problems with how you look u don't need this surgery. But if u want to look better it's your right to.
3. If I wanted a surgery, I would hv chosen me as my own surgeon, and it's not possible. I can't be my own surgeon.

There is as such no place for fat in the nose tip. Usually this area appears fatty coz of the fat tip cartilages which can only b corrected by a good surgical rhinoplasty.
