Look it all depends on your purpose Aprilia is more track focused - will provide less comfort while touring. Ktm duke is street monster - can be used every where but ideal for touring + it’s a single cylinder mill, adventure is whole different story- if you are planning to hardcore touring and off-roading then only i will adventure. R3 is a good bike - bring good styling, comfort and performance but yamaha is serving, parts availability overall back end support is not there. Ninja 300 is good package that can do it all - it’s a raw machine with a great motor, The long ratio gears highest rev range have it’s own character which you will not get in any bike.
Ninja 300 have it own charm It bring feel when you start revving bike to higher rpms till 13k rpm I didn’t have much fancy electronics so analog make more sense i think.

Ninja 300 v/s KTM duke / adventure? And Yamaha R3? and Aprilia RS 457?
