Scam 1992 was brilliantly executed and dramaticize by Director Hansal Mehta though he slightly normalised the fraudulent behavior of Harshad Mehta & OTHERS by giving a human touch or emotional outcry to the scamster. The narrative or depiction of the story/plot has explore as such from the beginning (till the end - Dead scene) that you'll be started having a soft corner for Mr. Mehta. I don't understand how Ms. Dalal was OKAY with her portrayal in the series as a journalist who was starving for click bit or breaking news which cost Mr. Mehta's a complete failure and deterioration in his life. Infact the creator like you has done better job than Mr. Hansal Mehta by providing detailed information of the scam with great explanation of the concept like SLR, CRR, BR & SGL.

Excellent research work and in-depth explanation. Now, I have understood everything: how the scam cooked up in the backdrop, and who else had been involved? Quiet surprised to know the quantum of money siphoned off from Banking companies. Ludicrous, that the foreign banking companies blamed it on our banking loopholes; in fact, they should have raised the alarm and alerted the Government of India; however, they minted profit and had a narrow escape b'coz of their pedigree and marquee brands. Shame on them!!!

Scam 1992 was brilliantly executed and dramaticize by Director Hansal Mehta though he slightly normalised the fraudulent behavior of Harshad Mehta & OTHERS by giving a human touch or emotional outcry to the scamster. The narrative or depiction of the story/plot has explore as such from the beginning (till the end - Dead scene) that you'll be started having a soft corner for Mr. Mehta. I don't understand how Ms. Dalal was OKAY with her portrayal in the series as a journalist who was starving for click bit or breaking news which cost Mr. Mehta's a complete failure and deterioration in his life.
Infact the creator like you has done better job than Mr. Hansal Mehta by providing detailed information of the scam with great explanation of the concept like SLR, CRR, BR & SGL.

Excellent research work and in-depth explanation. Now, I have understood everything: how the scam cooked up in the backdrop, and who else had been involved? Quiet surprised to know the quantum of money siphoned off from Banking companies. Ludicrous, that the foreign banking companies blamed it on our banking loopholes; in fact, they should have raised the alarm and alerted the Government of India; however, they minted profit and had a narrow escape b'coz of their pedigree and marquee brands. Shame on them!!!
