I first learned about boo bams from Christopher Tyng, the composer for Futurama!
He did a couple audio commentaries for some early seasons, and if memory serves, I believe he claimed that the Futurama theme was the first time boo bams were used in a TV theme ever, or maybe that they hadn’t been used in a reeeeally long time. Anyways, the rest of the group had a field day with that name lolol
