Yo I appreciate also I haven't used a rx card in a while but Ik the 6700xt outperforms the 3060 and 3060 ti dont know if it still is buggy tho but it can game in 1440p also so go with the 3060 ti or 6700xt

Its custom I put all parts together and yes I can do all low settings do you want me to use dx11 dx12 or performance mode?

doesnt matter what monitor you have you can always change your fps. The only thing is the output would still be 60 hz

the bottleneck goes crazy 56% util
fortnite perf mode is a cpu game. doesnt need much gpu util.
low gpu util does not mean bottleneck all the time. hes in performance mode the game just doesn’t use any resources from the gpu
