Holy shit, wasn't expecting a map based in Lithuania to be in a game. Usually my country is just always overlooked :D And you almost got the pronunciation correctly. Instead of saying "KlaipEHda" with the emphasis on the "EH", say it like "KlAIpeda" with the emphasis on "AI".
The attack ground order is gonna be very useful. That's a good point to know. Shoot through smoke. Attack buildings through treelines. Very useful. Can't wait for the full game release.
Yeh luckily if you’re a fast learner or learn a lot from each match it’s very easy to grasp. You just have to either fully invest in one thing e.g mechanised infantry or strike aircraft. Or you create a more balanced deck but have to constantly react to what your opponent’s doing. Making a more balanced deck allows for much more flexibility against all types of opponents and allows you to more easily overcome your enemies. But does put you on the back foot until you figure out what they’re plan is and find ways to counter it. Whoever does this quickest and with the least losses of units wins. So just don’t use the default decks when the game launches. It’s better to make your own bad deck early on and constantly edit it and refine it to suite all outcomes then to stick with a ‘meta’ or TH-camrs deck. Use them for inspiration but I would never fully copy them. Hope this helps when the game fully launches and your back to square 1
As demonstrated at 17:00 my favorite armor combination was with the marine corps. Small extra for when the game releases. If you laser guide an enemy, the plane with mavericks doesnt have to strafe the target. So using the sepv2 tua which is the only tank with a laser and also happens to be recon is a nice combi
I'm a long time AoE player. I stumbled across your channel because of Broken Arrow. After that playtest.. Man, I haven't been this excited for a game in a long time. You have a new Sub.
@laurencetrowbridge6022 France would be OK. They have the Leclerc tank, hignly mobile wheeled gun systems, Mirage, and Rafale. A French foreign legion focus could be interesting, too.
@@surreallittlecharacter9835 so the difference in how supply (and greater logistics system) is handled kinda starts with how BA works a good deal differently than eugen titles in regard to how vehicles & transportation work. Each unit has a weight & number of soldiers in the unit (if infantry), and each vehicle capable of transporting things will have a capacity of weight it can carry and/or number of seats in the vehicle - and any vehicle which has a carrying capacity stat is capable of using that to take supply. That brings us to the next point, supply itself in BA is not actually tied to the unit but is itself a physical entity which you will buy in addition to the transport same as any other unit & needs to be unloaded at a location to function - this also lets you deploy the supply at some location then later pick it back up again later with any vehicle capable of carrying it then move it to a different spot. Finally, is how vehicles are shared throughout your deck, and are not actually tied directly to the unit card of infantry you bring them on - or the tab they are in - so when you are buying a transporting vehicle from any tab you will have the option for it to enter the field just by itself or can buy any mix of units and supply from any tab in your deck which can fit inside the particular capacity of that vehicle. This all creates a vastly more dynamic supply and logistics system where u have much more creative freedom to build decks, deploy and use your units in many more ways than in titles such as warno. It also creates more interesting considerations when building your deck, for example you might want to bring a large 14 man infantry squad like cherny - but now u have to think of how u get them to the battlefield and if that transport can provide any other utility - do add regular 14 seat trucks into the support tab which can take some supply as well, or maybe u decide to add some 15 seat armoured transports into the recon tab with another unit, then u could use that to even take 3 5-man squads as well if u want but they cant take supply etc. You'll also want to consider the main way of how you actually get supply to the battlefield and how u ferry that supply around when you need it elsewhere - you could only use cheap trucks that can take a little supply and carry infantry around - also ideal for getting stuff close to the dangerous front line, or decide to take a few units of slow trucks that can take a huge amount of supply but cant carry anything else, or use some more costly heli's which can take smaller amount but are faster and can carry infantry too, or maybe you mix in some expensive heli's/fixed wing transport which could even carry light vehicles in addition to supply and infantry too. Lots more fun dynamics to play around with due to the expanded logistical system in BA compared to other games in the genre. Bit of a wall of text but it's a deceptively large question to answer haha.
I put 50 hours into the beta and still having withdrawals 🤣 but I got Warno instead to hold me over till release and it is quite fun. More large scale battles
Question? Is there a way to set waypoints or checkpoints for your units, let say you want the vehicle to dismount troops and have you troops enter a building, doing it all at once.
Why don’t you bother deploying the global hawk earlier when you had your snipers out? When I keep it back far enough it avoids AA and still gets plenty of cover
From what I saw, without playing any of the games, looks like less units in BA is the right formula to make a "modern" game compared to Warno. feels better, maybe map design ?
He recorded a lot of games and didn’t release all of them during the open beta. This way he can still give us content on the game even through it’s over. As well as increase viewer count due to all the players suffering from BAW (Broken Arrow Withdrawals)
I love this. While Regiments just doesn't do anything to me - I don't know why, at first sight it has everything it should have, but somehow it annoys me - but Broken Arrow is just dogs bollocks. It needs some balance tweaks, of course, but I love it.
I know this is just a game but it is funny how all these russian experimental and wonder weapons perform so well when we know that russian claims on their equipment are bogus. Russian ground units are way overtuned.
12:29, this really looks like guy is cheating, his force fire order didn't go to where he selected, and instead it flew right into the enemy tank, this dude is consistently shooting from out of range and without LOS, extremely SUS. same with those cav scouts, they are shooting and hitting way more than they normally would
This was recorded during the November Open Beta which has now ended. If you enjoy the content make sure to subscribe, we are closing in on 100k! :O
Please tell me there is a massive hard drive filled with your recorded matches dude.

you should play c&c95, GDI campaign starts in the baltic states
@@patrickordos425 The actual, official campaign is set in the Baltics? Wow... I played that game as a kid, so I guess I never noticed :D
I don't know if it's a good thing when a modern RTS is based on your country.. ahahaha

Got to play my first two games last weekend. It’s fun, just a bit of a learning curve when playing with people who know what’s up.

Great game! After a hard day of work, I really enjoyed watching this one as a way to wind down for the night.

Can't wait for the full release. Hope to see more nations, too. Seeing Eurofighter and Gripen would be awesome.
I would pay big bucks for any sort of European nation. Even the French. But preferably Germany and/or Great Britain

If only warno had this supply system.
fr, the logistics system is such a gigantic upgrade over eugen games

the forward supply depos are so satisfying 😛
Been using a version of this deck. I changed a couple units and optimised it to have my infantry dropped by heli. Been loving it!
that patriot hitting two missiles off the building :| what the heck is that guy doin lol
With the gamestates of both Warno and Broken Arrow as they are right now, what would you rate both of them Vulcan? Which game mechanics do you prefer
Really liking the versatility of this deck ! Would have loved to give it a go.
Some really good Maverick strikes by your teammate
I miss the beta already...
I can't wait for a release of this game, campaign, scenarios, level and mission editor. Damn can't wait
US Army Airborne + Armor is the best combo for sure.

That’s a really good deck build similar to mine, do miss the marines though for their extra air power and raiders

I want to play this so bad, but I feel like I can't micro it that well. I want to see the units, and when you do, you lose situational awareness.
