either return the pressure and make it difficult for them or try to secure your farm and limit the impact that person can have on the map by trying to limit rotations ect

It’s definitely not. You gimp his auto attack damage which really helps later in the game. And his magic scaling isn’t very good, so you are playing for his combo. If you don’t hit his combo, you are useless

you have to use it at the end of it not the initial hit I believe it's not a cleanse its closer to mesmer or spell breaker
