    Sir pls suggest I have group housing maintenance society. Here the audit reports says violation of norms bills not found signed by all. President took advance and no adjustment entry or bills found, membership fee not taken as per bye laws. Till date office bearers r not members even. Is dept not bound to take legal action on society bearers? If dept not acting what remedy we have and whom we can contact . Pls suggest.

    Our Soc committee member are miss using their power for eg. force fully tell us to take Cable tv from there know person only what should I do??

    Sampat Sir, criteria for exemption from charging non occupancy charges to a member whose Married sister and her family is staying in the owners flat . Owner is not staying . Plz advise if exemption is legal in this case

    In,one housing cooperative society in Bangalore,they are not issuing Share Certificate inspite of requesting several times,even after a lapse of more than 8 Years.In view of the above,I have stopped paying maintainenance charges.Now,the housing society has called for extra general body meeting to expel my members ship.My question is it correct and possible to expel my membership.

    I have charged twice 2000 penalty by society in pune for providing gate pass to tenent with 48 hours. Society added this amount under arrears and every month charged interest of 71 rupees. Now amount is above 5000 in two months is it right. we have society of 160 flats and AGM meeting attended by 52 flats on that basis various penalty decided under 165 A and B is it right or I need to fight against to such rules.

    Our apartment society is not registered,but always harrash our family and we pay all society charges but they deny to pay slip,how can we deal with it

    the speech could have been edited and reduced. He talks of so much irrelevant stuff nothing to do with cooperative HOUSING society. His jokes are non laughable
