Watching these chase videos I’ve learned a few things. Arkansas you’ll get a PIT at 140mph in traffic. Georgia will PIT you anytime anywhere. Michigan will chase you to Florida. DON’T RUN!

Which the "safe to do so" is what they think gives them the right to continue driving. But I would imagine it would be pertaining to something like a highway being under construction and down to 1 lane, would not be a safe place to stop....nor would I think any LEO would activate the lights in that environment.

I see it every day on the road too. People not noticing an emergency vehicle or that they are holding up traffic in the passing lane. Most people are the only ones in their personal world.
