Oh I was being super sarcastic about amataz fairy. I've seen them soo much couple expansions ago, it's a solid deck but cmooon it was unranked! 🙄
To be fair Kulo, none of the decks you went up against in this video were legit meta decks that people can use to climb to GM lol
Also from what I've seen (from あぽろ), titanic showdown is VERY useable and fun in rotation (with Jerva, Ernst, Genesis, and the new gold that banishes odd number card from your deck), you could try it out

It just means that the deck is just bad, I'm not trying to be mean here but I think losing to Prince of Cocytus and float just means that your deck is not that good and if I were you I would tweak it or scrap the idea altogether.
This combo sounded too fun not to try. My Showdown popped on turn 9 and I played my one Wyrn, which my opponent killed for me. Here comes the fun: 12/16 storm, 22/16 ward, 14/12 storm, 12/16 storm and I drew and played another 22/16 ward to fill out the board. 82/76 stats with 38 damage going face. It was glorious :) Thanks for the inspiration to try this deck!
Mind you, you were super lucky to not get matched against Artifact Portal half of these games.
In fact, the first match should have been Artifact Portal, not a Float-Puppet deck.
The common decks in UNranked are:
-Forest: Amataz.
-Sword: lol who plays Sword (Aggro).
-Rune: Spellboost, mostly Storm, or Dirt PtP using Madcap and Altered Fate.
-Dragon: Roost Zooey+Starbright.
-Shadow: Atomy or Minthe.
-Blood: Aggro (ft Jorm now).
-Haven: Summit.
-Portal: Artifact (at least 1 out of 3 games it will be this).
We need a new daily quest system. Just get rid of all the tryhards from Unranked.

Puppets were good times. I miss Orchis, and loved the fact she never became meta.
@@KuloGaming wait what? She was meta in Brigade of the Sky. Hell, Puppets were so good that some people brought literally Rotation Puppet to Unlimited SVO and JCGs unironically. There's a reason why it's like the only deck Artifact has for PTSD Cup and PM*.
It was so bad people complain about how it was that you can bring a Rotation deck into Unlimited and did alright with it. They even nerfed it come new expac, and I can see why since if you went first with it in Omen you would have just won because what are they going to do to prevent it? Play Latham on 8 going second? Ping yourself to death while Silva's pinging you? Meanwhile IIRC Tenko rotated so there goes that counter to the deck, while G.Chim was just _bad_ then.
If you're talking about her new version, then she was played for a bit during VEC and ULT I think. IIRC they used her Craving's Splendor in VEC and Colosseum on High in ULT. She never became meta in that incarnation but Zwei was pretty good at the same time, and those two are basically sisters so-. Not like she have to be meta either- not every card has to become meta, or even "yeah, it's alright" all the time like what Jabber became.
(*don't exactly remember what are decks in the PTSD PM mode in the Anniv we had recently- since I just "N.Blood let's get our pack PM buddy.")
The problem is that you have to win to finish dailies. If you could finish dailies by simply finishing games, I'd be more inclined to play again.

well in regards of the Teo you pulled think you could try doing a viable Teo deck? I honestly really like this card but almost all the decks I found were mysteria decks when mysteria was meta and I feel like it would be so cool to see a Teo deck updated with cards from these days

There is 1 thing i Should say
The deck you made is good but it is slow in orb gain use oracle+draconic core+annerose+ Genesis for orbs
And use steelstorm for jobberwock it is kinda GODLIKE to have 0 cost followers for it
Other than that the deck is godlike
What I don't like it's that there seems to be an arbitrary "meta" and "fun" labels that gets thrown in these circles a lot. What even define "meta"? What defines "fun"? To me it's just "if I can play a tier 2-3 deck that has a game-plan that doesn't follow the majority of the tier 1 deck, I'm good." I'll say this expac is pretty good with a balance between Burn and Tempo decks in the meta. I feel like there's something for everyone here.
There's something for Board people, there's something for Burn people, there's something for Control people, there's something for "my turn never ends" people, there's something for "haha, 20dmg go brr" people like me, and there's something for weirdos that want weird cards like Oluon, Wolfraud, and Titanic Showdown. It's just that Cygames also have to balance everything together while the players are very quick to figure things out (see how JCG *ALWAYS* predict what the meta will lean to in the next week).
...and, well, there's also the possibility that you just have a bad deck because either you haven't played much or you just don't want to use the combination that _works_ . I mean, Cygames can't exactly help people who are just playing plain bad decks. Especially since the JP players are still making weird decks and playing higher in the ladder. Never mind that you still have people complaining about meme-y stuff like Spartacus and Steadfast Samurai in Unlimited when they're good. "Memes" are just "not fun" it seems when they're good, to a lot of these people, so it's weird when people complaint about "not being able to play memes".
Personally, I just find a lot of the English "meme" players to be obnoxious because there's just a very arbitrary requirement for the game to be "good". I like when meta are varied, and people still find something to complain even then (looking at last expac). Now you have entire play-styles to choose and people still be like "but I wanna play muh deck in muh configuration". And ngl I do prefer times when there ARE viable tier two and three decks where the difference of power-level between each tiers isn't so bad- because going back to the old days, yeah, you have meme decks, but then it's either "meme" or "meta".
Also, the alternative of not splitting game mode would just be "haha Eachtar go brr, until the Artifact nation attacked," which is just 'Unlimited all the time for everyone'. Which is dumb, because then it'll be all the same until Cygames just decide to nerf it to the ground, then it switched to Rotation anyways.
That said, I wish the Guild stuff was done better. If it's easier to find custom matches inside the game, that gives you rewards, then most of the complaints would be gone. That would mean building entirely different modes from the ground up and it's not like SV isn't bloated already with Arena that no one ever talks about or even care.
I think ever since the rebirth of glory the meta is killing the fun..

It really is. All the legendary they come with are now pretty viable. I miss the good ol times with dragonflute and marduk and such xD
I dont mind the split because I believe that unlimited is suppose to be where you try your meme decks but I do dislike the try hards in unlimited. Personally dont miss the days when people ran neutral blood or elana aegis. Just got to say though, showdown is just an awful card for dragon and makes more sense in haven or shadow for their amulet destruction ability. It sucks everywhere else.
unlimited is too fast now, most decks win before turn 6 or 7, so your fun decks has to do the same.
I personally used to play this game so much but I stopped when they split the game into rotation/unlimited. I think it was dumb.
Because now they make op cards, balanced around the fact that rotation exist
and unlimited is just a yolo mode

Honestly if they never had created Rotation the game would literally become Yu-Gi-Oh.
And that would be ok actually.
But then again having so many archetypes active would be way harder to maintain.
Because they would be forced to make new support cards and retrains for old archetypes so they have to keep up, and then the archetypes would pile up more and more, they would "forget" about 1 archetype and the playerbase would be mad.
But if only they could pull it off, there would be issues like hated archetypes getting support until they are reworked or nerfed into oblivion. But on the other hand, everyone would have something to play, no matter what they like and if they manage to balance things just enough we would all have one big ladder with enough variety. Because people would gravitate towards the things they like, making everyone play something different, there would still be Meta-slaves and that one popular archetype everyone and their mother likes.
But things would be better. At least in my opinion
Welp both ranked and unranked is done for and people in the game is not looking for fun now and ngl people in unranked using meta decks is either practicing decks and being a try hard or doing daily mission faster.

So sad that unlimited as as fast as it is now. But none of those decks are even the best ones. In reality, your clock is closer to 5-6 turns or maybe even 3-4 against portal.
Have you tried out hangman? It's pretty fun to steal your opponent's deck. I've also won quite a bit of games with it in My evo forest deck.

I feel you 100% I just quit playing the game yesterday again you know thats all I see is meta decks nobody's making their own decks anymore it's all meta all the time making the game boring and no fun to play that tournament winning deck feature is possibly the worst thing to happen to shadowverse

I disagree. People netdeck all the time anyways. Hell, even Gigguk just open Tempo Storm's meta deck lists, then just copy it. The design philosophy of Shadowverse is "effeciency" so it made sense to cut the middleman and just offer the function within the app. It's not like it's going to be the best deck config anyways. Plus, you can find some weird decks that somehow win 5-0 and you know that that's a fun deck you can play that won't frustrate you with just losing.
