Ganglion cysts are noncancerous lumps that most commonly develop along the tendons or joints of your wrists or hands. They also may occur in the ankles and feet. Ganglion cysts are typically round or oval and are filled with a jellylike fluid.
कलाई में छोटी सी गाँठ जैसी बन जाती है जो पानी जैसे पदार्थ से भरी होती है
Small ganglion cysts can be pea-sized, while larger ones can be around an inch (2.5 centimeters) in diameter. Ganglion cysts can be painful if they press on a nearby nerve. Their location can sometimes interfere with joint movement.
If your ganglion cyst is causing you problems, your doctor may suggest trying to drain the cyst with a needle. Removing the cyst surgically also is an option. But if you have no symptoms, no treatment is necessary. In many cases, the cysts go away on their own.
Ganglion Cyst is a very common cyst seen on dorsal or volar aspect of the wrist joint . 80 percent of the ganglion cyst is dorsal and 20 percent of the ganglion cyst is volar .

Surgery can be avoided. Homeopathy has very good remedy for this. I have seen a patient who was operated thrice. Finally the surgeon threw his hands up the fourth time. The patient saw a homeopath. He cured the patient. It's been 20 years since. Sadly the homeopath who was popular in Andheri-Mumbai was murdered in a land dispute case. I wish this doctor reads this!

It just happened to me 1.5 months back and remained for around 35 days and I was shocked that once in morning it became smaller suddenly to 60% itself and 100% next day ( after 40 days around)
sir,i am suffering from the same problem for over 6 months and now this cyst pains.3 years ago i got hurt by a small glass container which fell over my wrist and i think this could be the reason of getting a cyst over there.
Even I have a ganglionic cyst, from past 5 years, got it after taking medicine through IVs . Cyst is not painful, neither decreased nor increased , so i didn't bother much about it.
