We visited Belleville Brûlerie in their beautiful roasting space in Paris (it's funny that after re-location, it's not in the Belleville neighbourhood). They are one of the pioneers of speciality coffee in Paris and France. We interviewed a co-founder David Nigel Flynn and a head-roaster Mihaela Iordache.

COFEE blending is art by itself. Once you know each coffee character then it’s easier to blend few coffees together and create coffee for different occasion or customize it to each customer taste and needs. I enjoyed watching your video and I wish all of the best from Dubai.
