The shower tile is not my favorite pick but the size is great. The bathroom itself is pretty amazing though. There is about 25’ between homes. Sometimes more on oversized lots. In these types of planned communities that’s how they are built. They do a great job of not putting windows that look into each others so there is privacy. I live here in the community and have never felt like my privacy was compromised.

The pantry is right behind the refrigerator. There is a small desk and big pantry just on the opposite side of where the mini fridge and bar is. Sorry I didn’t show it. It is being used as an office area and storage for the sales people while it is still a model home.

There are other Belclaire homes that are cheaper but just as big. Also lots of other builders in the community that I work with all the time.
