sir you set checkpoint is 100 and you say that if fastload fails then it will start from 101th record..but sir if there have 50 record loaded and it fails then what will happen? is that scripts strat from 101 or 51th record?

I think you have have to start loading from the beginning. All the 50 records that were loaded will be lost.
