This is why it is urged for people to marry if they cannot practice the "fruit of self control". You will need to repent and ask God to deliver you, seeing as you cannot control yourself, this is where you need to ask for His grace to help you. Study & Pray in repentance according to Genesis 20:1-7 (particularly look at verse 6 at how God gave this man grace to not touch Sarah). Lastly, Masturbation invites a sexual bondage that can affect your marriage, in terms of sexual intimacy with your future spouse and also the sacredness of your marriage bed.

It can cause sexless marriages/porn addiction/abuse all of which affect intimacy between marriages. I also feel we have misunderstood the message Paul spoke of when he said it is better to marry than to burn. In part I believe he might have addressed self control but through the eyes of my hearts understanding this cannot be the case, if one is to study the scriptures well to pursue the mind of God. If we believe marriage will somehow cover lust then we are greatly deceived it will only heighten it. I understand Paul was addressing a persons strong will to marry, there are some who believe they are called to singleness or perhaps are bound in religion but their hearts through grace want a family but deny themselves because of a duty to faith. It was necessary for many of the disciples to remain single because of the grace and anointing apportioned to them and for the fulfilment of scripture (and the future church). They did not have time to think of wives and children it would have distracted them from submission to a great calling.
