I think it’s because it’s scarier to see this incredibly young child that has bright eyes and an innocent smile on his face progressively tearing you and your plan apart piece by piece like an elementary school riddle in a cheery childish voice. The contrast is jarring and it would only leave you to fear what else he can do to you.
