Sir, I made this recipe today. I have one comment to make. I felt that due to peanut paste, some of the masalas taste was suppressed. I don't know if this is just me or anyone else also has noticed that? But overall the subzi taste was good.

I tried this recipe ....and I'm a rookie cook... my dish was a bit bitter in taste .... then i rectified it by adding sugar... But I did not understand the reason why it turned bitter ... is because of the onions being more in numbers as i used one and half onion instead of one or is it or something else ... Please let me know what is to avoided next time when i cook.
