🍫 NO BAKE PROTEIN BALLS 🍫
+Good recovery snack option after an intense training session.
Nutritional info - 1 ball
263kcal, 23g carbohydrates, 11g protein, 13g fat
Ingredients
200g oats
50g mixed nuts
50g dried fruit mic
3 tbsp chia seeds
100g dark chocolate (chopped)
2 tbsp honey
3 scoops of whey protein
50-70ml milk
Instructions
1. Add all the dry ingredients to a medium sized bowl and mix well, then add honey and milk.
2. ‘Vital step’ - Add the milk slowly and mix well until the mixture becomes clumpy. Don’t allow it to get too wet.
3. Then use a table spoon and your hands to form the mixture into medium sized balls and place on a plate.
4. (Optional) Melt the dark chocolate with a tbsp of coconut oil and then roll each protein ball in the chocolate and place on a lined plate.
5. Pop your protein balls into the fridge to set.
