I used him for a few weeks with my team. He was my 4th arbiter in the team. The best I did with him in the team was 268k meck fragments. He did about 300k damage.
Congrats you’re so close on getting him! He’s alright in GB1, not the absolute best but can help if you’re still trying to reach the maximum chest. He excels in GB2 the most imo.
I personally switched from Allistar to Init last week after pulling Pope! Can say he is better than Allistar. The mini heals are clutch as well as damage boost to other heroes

Thx first week I made more in gb 2 30 mill in one go. Kigiri A5 is my monster and the Elysia is so good self clean so good.
