Thank you so much for this descriptive episode about how Israel came into existence. I was having a hard time to make my own son understand what has been happening between Israel and the Hamas. These Jews started developing this land and other Arabs also started moving in from other regions. Jealous of Jews' prosperity, Mullas started preaching hate, and by the 1850s even normal Muslims started hating Jews. And by the 1870s Ottoman rulers started putting restrictions for Jews. During world war 1 Arabs along with Jews joined with the British/French to overthrow Ottomans. After war 1920-24 Egypt became independent, Saudi expanded territory, Iraq created, Syria given to Shia, Lebanon given to Arab Christians, Jordan made for Sunni Arabs. But they all did not keep promises to Jews, as Jews were not given control of their land. Still Jews from Jordan, Syria, Egypt moved into Israel. But Arabs in Israel did not move to Jordan. And in 1948 Israel got control of some of their land, but the rest has to share with Arabs. This is like after the creation of Pakistan for Muslim, if some of the Muslims in India again claim a portion of India as Muslim land. Do we agree with such situation? If any Muslim wants a Muslim land again they need to move to Pakistan. Then in the case of Israel why are the remaining Arabs not moving to Jordan. BTW, there are only a few Jews in Israel who came from Europe. Majority of Jews are Mizrahim, that Arab Jews moved in from neighboring Muslim nations to avoid persecution. On the other side, the majority of Palestinians have roots in Egypt, Saudi, etc. Arafth's family has Egyptian origin, check where he was born. So what claim Palestinians have on that land than the fellow Jews.

Israel was desert land with some small towns, which had Arabs including Jews and Christians.
From the 1700s or before Ottoman rulers of the land started selling those lands to rich Jews at price multiple times higher than market price.
These Jews started developing this land and other Arabs also started moving in from other regions.
Jealous of Jews' prosperity, Mullas started preaching hate, and by the 1850s even normal Muslims started hating Jews. And by the 1870s Ottoman rulers started putting restrictions for Jews.
During world war 1 Arabs along with Jews joined with the British/French to overthrow Ottomans.
After war 1920-24 Egypt became independent, Saudi expanded territory, Iraq created, Syria given to Shia, Lebanon given to Arab Christians, Jordan made for Sunni Arabs.
But they all did not keep promises to Jews, as Jews were not given control of their land.
Still Jews from Jordan, Syria, Egypt moved into Israel.
But Arabs in Israel did not move to Jordan.
And in 1948 Israel got control of some of their land, but the rest has to share with Arabs.
This is like after the creation of Pakistan for Muslim, if some of the Muslims in India again claim a portion of India as Muslim land. Do we agree with such situation? If any Muslim wants a Muslim land again they need to move to Pakistan. Then in the case of Israel why are the remaining Arabs not moving to Jordan.
BTW, there are only a few Jews in Israel who came from Europe.
Majority of Jews are Mizrahim, that Arab Jews moved in from neighboring Muslim nations to avoid persecution.
On the other side, the majority of Palestinians have roots in Egypt, Saudi, etc.
