This tune takes me back to when i was a kid. My grandad used to belt this out in the pub, especially after a few beers, great memories, Thanks for posting, Oh, i forgot, Thanks TS
This is a brilliant video, great tunes chosen, every instrument you can hear clearly but just a pity that both the vocals mics weren't turned up a bit more, the singers Ewan and Erika were slightly drowned by the other instruments and the noise from the room. Fabulous though, as usual from TS. What a delightful song In the gloaming is, hard to believe it's 133 years old, wow.
Been to DBA to see TS and felt same way. Audience noise really annoying and the sound engr didn’t help any by not having a clue how to adjust mic levels, IMO.
These two tunes are on Tuba Skinny's 2020 Bandcamp Album called 'Quarantine Album: Unreleased B Sides'.
This is beautiful...
Guy Lombardo would be proud...
The combination of James Sterling & Tuba Skinny, rescuing my elderly brain from the crap it tends to drag out in the wee hrs…thanks, y’all.🤗💪🏿💞
Haven't heard "Seems like old times" since the '50s. It was the theme of the old Arthur Godfrey morning radio program. Great memory revival. Thanks.
I added his show to my playlist! You can close your eyes to this kind of music and stroll down memory lane and visit with friends that are long gone
Thank you James. Makes an old man misty eyed.
Glad you liked it. Since you enjoyed this you should subscribe to my channel. Almost 300 videos of similar music and more to come.
I think I am a subscriber.
Thanks. There is no easy way to search my subscriber list (almost 2000) on TH-cam.
Keep them coming. Anything you seem to like, I seem to like.
You are obviously a man of exquisite taste! ;>)

Another example of great music performed so well by Tuba Skinny. Again, thanks for posting this, James.
So glad you caught this and posted for us ! TS widens their pallet....
Nice vocals, Mr Bleach.
Thanks for a second look with the pan of d.b.a. .....
And again, James: thank you very much for recording and posting!
... and Woody Allan would certainly like it too ... ;-)
I hadn't thought about it, but with his love of traditional New Orleans jazz I am sure he would.
Great vocal by Ewan
Very beautiful....
Thank you for sharing their wonderful music.
Love this tune so much
