    That is not even the 13th Dalai Lama…and this is probably not even Tibet. The palaces and clothing look Ladakhi or at least somewhere in the Himalayas.

    This is so inaccurate! The person they “photographed” was not the 13th Dalai Lama, but a Kagyu Lama, a totally another religious sect! And judging by the women’s head dress-it looks like Ladakh.

      This perhaps is in Mongolia, coz, the man smoking hukah dressed like Chinese. Even the women too dressed differently.

  • @drivencocoon235
    @drivencocoon235 3 ปีที่แล้ว +8

    This doesn’t look like Tibet , perhaps it’s in Mongolia. Because 13th Dalai Lama (1876-1933) had a moustache. This person could be Hutuktus (a Mongolian title given to high Lamas). Even the man Smoking Hookah dressed like a Chinese netizen, also the women in the video didn’t dressed in Tibetan traditional dresses.

    I lost count how many he says "Living Buddha".
    For Buddha's sake, even Siddharta Gautama himself left the palace and abandoned his luxurious life in order to reach the Enlightment.
    Somehow western always think their brains are smart enough to understand Asian cultures and life philosophy. But actually they never got to the level of understanding even until now.

      I don’t follow … living Buddha is a literal translation isn’t it? They are considered Buddha reincarnate.
