Honestly your videos are the only ones that actually teach you how to tame something, every other videos is too long or leaves out what you can do with the tame. It's honestly sad to see the you don't have so many views, you deserve a lot more.
Love you bro your taming videos are easy and medium size, no extra time waste and not like other TH-camrs make too long videos that have half time waste. *Bro pls upload one video on Sabertooth taming.* Btw Love Your Videos 👍
I found the easiest way is to get the electro trapped in a cage by kiting it in, it cant break the wooden cage, use scuba is you don’t have tek gear, and cactus broth (the eel will go for you even if you have broth , use the broth mainly so other dinos don’t come your way). Use a dino to ride there if you need it, kite it into the cage, close the cage, feed it biotoxin, hello to your new eel, i suggest taking a cryopod down with you for quick get away, you may have broth but the eel will attract other dinos so get it out of there asap via cryo. Getting biotoxin is super easy, crossbow jellyfish, harvest with pickaxe and there you go. So yeah save the building and everything and just use a cage. Cages can be placed underwater
@Leafy Boii you don't really need to trap sarcos in stone boxes, cos they are slow on land and you can run away while pelting them with tranqs. Dimetrodons however use the same method, even tho they are absolutely useless except for their eggs.
I was able to tame these guys on genesis by building a small trap up against one of the underwater terrariums, the only two openings were a double doorway for you and the eels to get through, and an open side up against the terrarium that you can freely pass through, place a pressure plate on the other side so you can automatically close the door behind you without even having to enter the water, once you close the door the eel will be trapped while you're standing in open air. I haven't tested it anywhere else, but I imagine it would work just as well in the center, if you don't have the genesis DLC
small side note, they can swim through the window frames, one of the few tames that can do so, so you might want to respec for this and go for high health, stamina, fortitude, and some stats in oxygen when going to tame this creature if you want to try to face tank the damage to tame it.
this includes trap door hatches btw. Basically, their mobility collision box is about as thin as a mesopithicus. Also, they are a pack animal, so taming up as many as you can will prove fruitful for you later.
Best advice: Tame the aberrant variety on Valguero. If you're really lucky, you can even stand on a rock while the thing swims around you in knee-deep water. They don't even bother attacking at that point.
I really hope they add in the livyatan in Ark 2 as the new "big bad" of the ocean but since it's basically a enormous sperm whale I want it to be passive tame like the basilo or tuso
Maybe im late but i'll explain why he uses prime meat. 1. It's way easier to get than mutton. 2nd of all mutton has 1.0% i think lower taming effectivness. Yea only reason is dificulty to gain.
Really helpful Not likes these videos where they just fly by with their wyvern grab the thing and drop it into a cage I mean if you had a wyvern you wouldnt aim for such a tame in the first place😤!!!
hmmmm ur making a trap that has holes in it n expect the eel would not get out 0_0......please do explain the logic of the trap with holes in it n expect the thing u wanna tame would be dumb enough to stay in it thx @Tecorsuh
Wildcard, introduced a Lot of TLC for the past 5 years without double checking the possible bugs, and glitches, like how they should Follow Minecraft update time, eventually a game that adds more content had potential damages, according to some gamers. For quetzal just use the passenger seat on the tapejara and command it to move and to attack the quetzal while you shoot tranqs at its body (don't let your tapejara attack it tho) its not as scary as you think! The hardest part for me was just finding it on the wild!
Due to an update changing taming times, times and quantity of food mentioned during that section are approximately halved.
