10 Scrap = All Full Radiant Thief's Gloves !??

I always thought they meant the one item everybody gets from scrap becomes radiant, now I understand why it's so difficult to get, bit strange that it isn't a prismatic augment but that probably because you don't need lvl 10

Ya if u don't have a component they turn one of your regular items into radiant, so ur not getting literally nothing from the 9 scrap bonus.

It's not prismatic also because you're not guaranteed to win your lobby with it. Sure full radiant items is strong but it's still not 100% (like if some bullshit happens)

I tried 9 Scraps with 3 Thief's Gloves (on Ekko, Corki and Rumble) 3 days ago, but my Thief's gloves didn't turn into Radiant Thief's Gloves in each round as yours did, so I thought it has 1/3 chance to turn Thief's gloves into Radiant's (since there is 2 random items from Thief's Gloves, and these random items won't turn into Radiant items).
Did they fix it?
