This dropped while I was teaching 8th graders “All of Me” on keyboards (upstate N.Y). I shut down everything to listen to this with them and there was a reverent almost ghostly silence when it finished. (I have a good sound system). When they left many shared the link. Love to share such awesome musicianship and even artistic restraint in the dynamics. Thanks, ………made my day!

I've been playing 40 years, and seen all the greats of the 80s-90s, took lessons from John Petrucci-- but this is the first artist in decades who is really inspiring to me. Bravo!

This honestly couldn't be a more perfect mix of your first album and your newer stuff. You, Plini, DMM, Polyphia, Owane, etc. are really reinventing the guitar game and I couldn't be more here for it.
Also, the guitar and bass tones absolutely slap.
What does DMM stand for? I'm trying to look them up to hear what their music sound like, but the only results I get are for a Filipino band. 🤣

Jozef is totally crushing it on this track! Some drummers employ enormous kits (Neil Peart), which is great - but Jozef seems to take a more minimalist approach and yet gets such a fantastic palette of sounds. He's really great at finding the nuance in each piece of the kit, and it shows. Great work!
Fresh, different and truly beautiful music. A unique voice completely unmistakable. You know immediately who this is and smile because sure thing the music you are about to listen to is phenomenal.
Love the way he uses space (silence) to build down and then build back up. The songs always feel powerful.

the groove at 3:05 is really slick and tricky i understand it loops in 4/4 but the snare displacement and the riff making it hard to count and wrap my mind around it ! Thanks Jakub for making us experience interdimensional stuff

Jakub continues to push the boundaries of genre, reintroducing the heavier elements of Wishful Lotus Proof (IMO still peerless far ahead of its time!) into the minimalist warmth of his lo-fi era to create a completely new and unique stage in his musical journey. Have been a massive fan since WLP and Disperse and cannot wait to hear the full album to show us a glimpse of the future of music. Of course Jozef and Michal are a perfect rhythmic complement. Come back to America, please!

I had seen some of your videos on youtube prior to the show but I had no idea you were playing with Plini, so you can imagine my surprise when I saw you guys walk out on stage! I was stoked!
