What SMD led's you using? How about their voltage and indicators? There are kind a resistors between LED and battery? For indicators you using flashing led's or external impulsator?
The market is full of planty different LEDs. You have to choose always a special kind of LED for each case - size, color etc.. Look for SMD LED on a famous action market place ;) You get there enough basic products.
