The CANDY policy doesn't seem to allow penoxycyline, so I suspect none of your pawns are taking any. Or do they take it by default and is the policy only to set regular intervals?
@@crit-c4637 Thanks! I assumed they did not take it when it isn't activated in the policy but I haven't touched the game in a long time with the exception of me watching Quill, so I wasn't sure. I do think it might be a good thing to at least require his sickly pawns to take it regularly, but who knows.
Now I just have to see how the well prepared, laid out plan gets blown to pieces for some stupid reason
Thr toxic waste quest would've filled only like 40% of your total cold storage. I think that would've been an easy one to take.

The policy allows it, but it doesn't require intake, nor have a schedule for it, the way that Quill has it currently.
