I would visit Sicily. It’s on my bucket list for 2025 to tour around Sicily in a vintage Alfa Romeo staying in bed and breakfast accommodation. My late husband and I always dreamed of doing this. Sadly he passed away in late 2023 at 59.
I recently got my licence back after becoming a Quadriplegic from GBS back in 2020. I have worked very hard in rehab to get back on my feet and become strong enough to walk again and be independent. I am finally going to do it.
My narcissitic Mother died May 29th. As a child our family appeared to be normal to the outside but I was verbally, mentally and emotionally and physically abused by her my entire life. These last several years I had not spoken to her as she aged she became more vile and cruel. Now that she has passed I do not intend to go to her funeral. Some family members don't understand, but I don't feel I owe any kind of toxic loyalty to her alive or dead. I have tried to look back into the past to try to salvage any good memories, but simply can't. The bad was too relevant and traumatizing. This read is spot on. Thank you Kyle.
