thats probably because your user is under 13, as if they think a parent set the pin.

Okay so to explain a few things. It is normal to wait a few weeks. There are usually times wherein it'll take months before you can get your account back because of probably the many kids getting hacked mostly because of scams.
Pov: im here because i got hacked but before i get hack i disable my pin and thank god because my password came back but when i see my continue playing theres have downfall and i never played that before, then when i came at my settings theres a pin and i try to put my pin before and nothing happened it says wrong :((, anyways ty for sharing this video! i was so shocked
