few know the secret trick of welding galvanized square pipes | arc welding
Asli ini video simple tapi mudah dipahami, gak banyak ngomong tapi Full ilmu dan keterangannya jelas.. Terima kasih ya abangku
Let's transform a 0 point 0 1 square meter space into a functional house. Liam lived frugally and worked diligently for two years managing to save up half a million to buy a house in New York. However, upon moving in, he was shocked by how small it was. He couldn't even stretch out his fingers. Now, let's explore how we can help Liam transform it into a functional home. First, we'll construct a durable frame using galvanized square steel anchored firmly to the wall with expansion screws filled with grid steel bars and concrete for lasting strength. We'll also install thermally broken aluminum windows, expanding the living space by 2 square meters. Next, we'll build a multifunctional sitting platform on the floor with hidden storage underneath for bulky items, saving precious space and providing a seating area for Liam and his girlfriend. This platform doubles as a comfortable bed that can sleep two, surrounded by cushion panels in lucky colors for a better rest. We'll add a movable table on the bed to serve as both a workspace and dining area, with an outlet switch nearby for charging devices, making it perfect for work and meals. After use, the table can be stored beside the bed, keeping the space organized. We'll then construct a bedframe from galvanized square steel, enhancing its appearance with wood veneers. Incorporate a pre-buried drainage system for convenience. Build a set of wall cabinets with a countertop drilled to embed a sink. Underneath, install a build in washing-machine to keep dirty laundry at bay. Convert the countertop for dual use by placing an induction cooker for cooking, and install a mirror cabinet above. Next to the mirror, add a cabinet for spices and toiletries. Install a showerhead on the wall and an enlarged stand, allowing even space to ride a horse while showering.

Btw pakai kawatlas diameter berapa?
sudah diterangkan di layar itu pak. kawat 2.0mm
Bermanfaat teman.
Nice very good
Yes you can weld gal steel but you have to be very careful about the flumes also have the amps a little bit higher to burn the weld in
The old fitter/welders where I did my apprenticeship used to get given a pint of milk to drink after welding galv pipe.
@@openmind5973 after then toxins get iside youir body
its useledd to drink milk
@@openmind5973 Yep, i remember being given that.
Sukses terus abang ...

angle of welding rod not in correct position thats why it creates blu holes a lot...second, joint is not welded properly..keep up the good work brod...
I learned well. Thank you.
Terimakasih ilmunya Bos
Mantap sekali kawan terimakasih sudah berbagi sukses selalu

Excellent videos ! 👍

Semoga sukses terus kang 👍👍👍
great video, like the idea with the rod type and current setting showing too. :)
Luar biasa, salam kenal dari Ngawi Jawa timur Indonesia

Amazing! Amen 🙏
Buenísimo gracias
Grinding the galvanize off helps tremendously .
I welded galvanized for Decades. On most Galvanized, used either a 6010 or 6011. If it is very thin, grind away the thin galvanized in the welding zone, it is going to BURN AWAY anyway, and then use a 3/32 6013. the 6013 was not really intended to penetrate the zinc coating. 6013 is mid penetration. There was NO NEED to "Daub and Stop, daub and stop". Everyone has "cheated" certain things by using that daub and stop daub and stop, here and their for various reasons, but it is not a "good" technique. Crank the amps down a little and use SMALLER electrode. This is some kind of third world thing. It looked like his Rod was too big for the thickness of material. Rule of thumb do not use a Rod Diameter that exceeds the thickness of your work piece. This "looks like" either 14 gauge or maybe 16 gauge, so use 3/32 diameter 6010 or 6011. I bet they use "metric" so they will have to translate. If you only have a 6013 to use, I would lightly grind this material to removed the zinc. Then weld with the 6013. Better yet use a 3/32 6010 or 6011.
Thank you for sharing this
Your welcome 🙏
I like this job.good trick
Have you ever tried being Welding Instructor? Good job
Slag inclusion on x ray would fail this joint ndt would also fail the joint, penetrative die test would also show slag inclusion
I learn a lot from you my friend. I’m not much of a welder but you make me better! Thank you for doing this. I have subscribed because your videos are top notch.

Nice gloves!
Penjelaaan seperti ini yg bagus. Electrode dan ampere disebutkan. Jadi kita tidak gagal paham. Bukan hanya cara mengelas saja. Bagus cara mengajarkannya. Saya suka.
Great tutorial 👍🏼
Thanks brother
Best videos❤

Thanks a lot Sir.
Sempre soldei com cordão intermitente e nunca tive problemas
Wow good
Professional welder 👍👍👍
Need some eco-friendly wood veneer.
very good i learn from it i'm fun on welding iron steels
You could add that the electrode should clearly point to the round corner of the T as there is more material to heat up.

Thank!
Tuyệt vời 👍 👍 👍 👍
Pengelasan terus menerus.

Haha😂😂 ngakak bang
😃😃😃😃 yg ahlinya, kalo besi tebel ok lah
You use special I mean dedicated for zink elektrode or common 6013 as you describe,
Exist dedicated elektrode
Bạn có thực sự tự tin vào tay nghề của bạn ko ?
First of all, watch your thumb 👍
Quá tuyệt vời
Genio...!!!!
Just be aware that it is not healthy to breath the smoke from galvanized steel. The normal procedure is to remove the Zink before welding. What the video really shows is a start/stop procedure for thin pipe, galvanized or not.
This is not steel it is mild iron 🤣🤣🤣
@@donaldktrump8942 Call it what you want, mild steel, black iron, S235 or ASTM A572, its non-alloy steel with less than.2% carbon. And in this video with a galvanized surface.

My experience welding galvanized has been you need a fan moving the fumes away from your head. Otherwise it is just like any other mildly contaminated metal.
Rahasia ngelas pipa persegi 👍
Thanks brother 🙏
Blimey!!! All these years I've been doing it wrong 🙃
Good work
Mantab sekali👍👍👍
Masih pake lakoni ?
Dude you dont put a single weld on any of your videos. These are all tacks. A weld is a continuous arc down the joint, not all this start stop bs
Welding it the right way would have been easier than whatever shit this is
Can you put a continuous bead on such thin gauge metal? Continuous weld on thick metals is the easiest thing to do.
@@naumanahmadtariq8717 yes, and it can only be called a 'weld' if it was. Thats why they make different stick/wires and allow you to change the settings of your machine. You dont weld a 3mm plate at the same settings as a 12mm plate obvioulsy
@d81835 he did it this way to impress people who know shit all about welding.
@@robertbutler8004 it's amazing how you get this big being a total fraud lol
I mean if your doing this for art or something, fine, who cares. But you weld shit together for a reason, for it to be strong. Not hammer and nails strong, *STRONG*
This guy hasn't posted one strong weld on this channel.
I say this last part to anyone else that sees this, do not, in any circumstances, do what this guy does at a job, or anything in your home/shop. You will be fired, everywhere, at any job site. And you do not want to put your family or your own safety at risk by having objectively poor welds around your home or shop, ESPECIALLY if its needed to be strong. If you do not feel safe using screws or nails, do not think this 'weld' is much better, it's not, period. Every single time he stops and starts again he has created a failure point. He can't even be bothered to clean the thing before starting again. It's ridiculous
I'm a welder just come the us to live need some advice how to go forward

Witam,
1. Czyli pierwszy ścieg mniejszm naterzeniem z "przytrzymywaniem" elektrody - żeby NIE GENEROWAĆ NAPRĘŻEŃ
2. A drugi większy o ok 20-30% metodą łuskową "góra - dół" uważając na górne podtopienia.
Nice move lods
Thanks brother
Josssss mantap

Congratulation
That's a good way to get slag inclusions in your weld bead. You should complete the weld in one pass and push the electrode, not drag it.
You push electrode ?
👍👍👍👍👍🇸🇰🇸🇰🇸🇰🇸🇰🇸🇰
show us on the same thin galvanized metal ... one pass remember.
@@lv2keepfit493 My point is that after he tacks the corners, he is doing a series of tack welds without cleaning slag off in between. It is better to start the weld and continue to move until it is done. And welding on thin galvanized:
1. You better damn sure grind off the galvanize or do it outside if you don't want Zinc sickness
2. Welding anything thin, especially with stick, is a REAL bitch to do
@@POULPY47 Actually, pulling the electrode is right. My mistake.
