Got my hand blender serviced once in ur shop on Januaray month purchased only on Sep 2019. Now again it's not blending. It vibrates once I switch on the blender but the blender is not working. The same problem persists now also.

Yes u can prepare butter from curd by using this blender.. its very fast.. keep the curd in fridge fr more than 2 hours then take out and blend with this .. add mild warm water little wen required .. butter ll come out soon.
I am suggesting you to make a mixer grinder exclusively for making chutney only with two jars( one big and one small) which will be of high demand in the market.
It is commendable how you are associating high quality and low cost with Indian made products. However, reverse engineering a product like Bamix immersion blender is very complex. The problem you have with splashing requires specialist engineering expertise to solve. I recommend starting with much less complex products and then move on to complex products like these. Prestige's hand blender retails cheaper than yours with better design. That kind of competition is hard to beat.

Received a broken product,they are asking to return at own cost,having to spend INR 400 for returning a INR 1600 product. They justify saying that they are offering free replacement,but y send defective product in first place. Never going to order any appliances from here. Too costly if defective. Disappointed
