Hey di ..I'm here to tell u that my hair density is very very less also I had a lot of hairfall post covid. I started using onion juice with castor oil remedy and got wonderful results then again in monsoon season I started facing lot of hairfall and nothing was working then I switched to ur nigella seeds with olive oil remedy and my hairfall completely stopped . It has been more than 3 months that I'm using that oil and I don't face any hair fall. Thankyou di it is possible only because of ur remedies. Very informative.. I was doing all the topical application all this while.. But there was no significant improvement in the hair loss. Then I took a blood test and it turned out to be a vitamin D deficiency. Now I have been taking suppliments prescribed by my doctor and along with that I'm following the hair care routine which includes oiling and hair mask application, inspired by Prerna. Now the hair fall is reduced and hair breakage, split ends have also reduced. Guys please do get tested for vitamin deficiencies if you have immense hairfall..

Hello preity prerna...hello from Canada. It is very cold here (-20 degree Celsius). Can you please also give specifics for naturally curly hair. Curly hair can't be brushed same way as straight and tend to be super dry and frizzy. I am hoping this remedie will help with growth and texture.

Never leave the ghee. Even if you are trying to loose the weight. My dietician and an ayurvedic doctor suggested me to add ghee in my diet. I was avoiding to add it in my diet so that I don't gain weight, but after my dietician's advice I am taking one spoon twice a day in my diet and M having good results now.
