Fabulous!!!!!! Their communication is so dead on, their interpretation so intuitive..... I used to have a CD of them playing this . No one does it better.
Oh my gosh. It's as if the trio was one instrument played by one person! These guys are so in sync. I wonder if they finish each others' sentences, too. They do Dvorak SO well.
What great ensemble playing! Probably due to the acoustics of the hall, the violin was kinda covered sometimes by the other two instruments, but every player here has such a gorgeous sound on their respective instruments! It was also a great mixture of daringness to do dangerous things with the music and good taste, so nothing was ever gaudy or unpleasant, but neither was it boring and run-of-the-mill.

I love the folkish nuance to Dvorak...this trio is incredible...just as incredible as they are live...

At 7:34 you might hear a little of Dave Brubeck's ''Blue Rondo a la turk '' in there . He must have liked Dvorak's ''Dumkys Trio'' !!!
At 5:04 ya hear a little of Dave Brubecks ''Time Out'' .........he was impressed with Dvorak !!
and at 7:10 in Time Out, they use the theme in the first movement of this.
